about

Knightsbridge is the first track of a four piece EP dedicated to various places in London that made an impression on Frerick when he first visited the city a long time ago. London, one of his favorite cities he likes to visit has been an incredible source of inspiration for these four new tracks. Musically, he has been inspired by Vivaldi's Four Seasons Recomposed by Max Richter, indie-rock band Death Cab for Cutie and folk artists such as Jordan Mackampa and Patrick Watson.

Knightsbridge and its affiliated tracks moves Frerick's musical ability to a new level where solo piano meets orchestral arrangements. Close your eyes, listen to the music and wander through the streets of Knightsbridge.

*Note: the piano has been recorded at Amare The Hague; one of the most prestigious concert halls in The Netherlands on a Steinway-D grand piano from the Residentie Orkest. This is the first time the hall (Amare Studio / middle hall) was used for solo piano recordings.
