Finally the first EP of the Bedroom Tapes trilogy has arrived. The first volume explores different moods Frerick den Haan encountered during 2021. Starting off with One for Oliver. He composed this track to mentally support one of his close friends during lockdown. In the second composition Frerick takes you on a journey of long forest walks in Waldeinsamkeit. This Ravelish composition shows hints of impressionism; Frerick’s favorite classical style, though personal musical flavors have been added to the mix.

Three singles that were released over the course of 2021 have been added to premium Spotify editorial lists and Apple Piano Chill playlist. Included are Mrs. Potter’s Garden, Hymn for Archimedes and Normandy which have gained over 1.5 million streams already. His latest single, Étude pour deux chats noirs is a nod to one of his favorite albums Solo Piano II from Chilly Gonzales.

Bedroom Tapes Vol. I is part of trilogy with 2 more volumes coming up in 2022 and 2023.
